Process plant equipment and piping at an industrial complex

OEM & Procurement Partnership

We build long-term partnerships with international OEMs — as an EPC contractor and process integrator, the equipment we source is engineered into our own chemical, petrochemical and power projects.

Our Role

Equipment That Goes Into Our Own Projects

LZ Metalfusion Group is a Vietnam-based EPC general contractor and process integrator serving Southeast Asia since 2012, with 40+ projects delivered or under execution. Every pump, valve, transmitter and component we procure is specified by our own engineers and installed into plants we design, build and commission — from grassroots chemical complexes to combined-cycle power units.

For our OEM partners, this means project-based demand with clear technical specifications, defined delivery schedules and one accountable counterpart — from the first inquiry to commissioning support on site. We do not resell; every package we procure has a named project, a data sheet and a destination on our own sites.

What We Procure

Four Equipment Categories

Sourcing from tier-1 international OEMs, per project specifications and international standards (API / ASME / IEC / ATEX).

Engineer inspecting pumps and rotating equipment on site

Rotating Equipment

Centrifugal and high-pressure pumps engineered to API 610, plus blowers and rotating auxiliaries for process, boiler feedwater and cooling water duties.

Industrial valves and process piping

Valves & Fluid Control

Isolation, control and safety valves — gate, globe, ball, butterfly and pressure relief — to international standards for process and utility lines.

Engineer configuring plant instrumentation and control systems

Instrumentation & Automation

Pressure, temperature, flow and level measurement, transmitters, analysers and weighing systems integrated into plant control architectures.

Electrical infrastructure at a power facility

Electrical & Components

Capacitors, power factor correction systems and LV/MV components for plant electrification and energy efficiency.

How We Work Together

Cooperation Models

01
Project-Based Procurement

Procurement per project specifications — each package is defined by the project's data sheets, applicable standards and delivery schedule.

02
Vendor Evaluation

Structured evaluation and pre-qualification covering technical capability, QA/QC systems, project references and after-delivery support.

03
Frame Agreements

Frame agreements with selected OEMs for recurring equipment categories, aligned with our multi-year project pipeline.

04
Design-In Coordination

Coordination during basic engineering — OEM data integrated early into equipment sizing, layouts and control philosophies.

From Inquiry to Site

Our Procurement Process

A defined sequence for every equipment package — transparent for the OEM, accountable to the project schedule.

01
Inquiry

Technical inquiry issued with data sheets, specifications and site delivery requirements.

02
Technical Clarification

Alignment on scope, deviations, documentation and inspection requirements before commitment.

03
Purchase Order

PO placed per project specifications, with agreed documentation and delivery milestones.

04
Expediting & Inspection

Order expediting, factory acceptance tests and third-party inspection coordinated by our QA/QC team.

05
Logistics

International logistics, custom clearance and delivery to site or to our fabrication & assembly yard.

06
Site Support

Installation supervision, commissioning support and warranty coordination together with the OEM.

Our Commitments

Genuine OEM sourcing, complete QA/QC documentation and a single point of contact — from first inquiry through commissioning and warranty.
